Reminders aren't appearing.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Pill Reminder and make sure notifications are allowed. A Focus mode or Low Power Mode can delay or suppress delivery. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, so they also depend on the device being on.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. Nothing is uploaded — the app has no servers and no account.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual medications, schedules, or history entries inside the app, or delete the app to permanently remove all of its local data.

No. Pill Reminder is a reminder and log tool, not medical advice. Don't rely on it as your only reminder or as a definitive record of your doses. For any medical question, consult a healthcare professional.
